We are happy that you have chosen to look at a responsible breeder for your choice of a new family member to add to your life. Benefits to you are many: an unconditional support system for you and your Tibetan Mastiff for the
life of your dog-whether it is a question about health issues, training issues, how to show your dog, what is typical behaviours, aging, feeding, grooming, living arrangements or whatever…we are just a phone call or e-mail away.
Because adding a new member to your family is a big decision, we ask that you fill out this puppy questionnaire
and return it to us. We know that you only want to have a happy relationship with your dog, and therefore we want to make sure that your dream can come true. That dream will take some responsibility on the part of us, the breeder –to ensure that the Tibetan Mastiff is the right breed for you and a suitable match is made for your particular needs, also ensuring that health and paperwork is completed. Your responsibility will be also ongoing –ensuring health checks are completed, ongoing training is done and that you are fully aware of what type of dog you are getting and you will be prepared to accept that this dog is treated as a member of your forever family-even when circumstances may change (i.e.; a new partner, move, birth of a child, new job etc)
